Water reservoir exploration

Protection of water resources was topmost priority in the past decades and it is still today. We believe that with a conscious engagement in environmental protection our natural resources such as good quality drinking and thermal waters can be preserved.

We have large experience in geophysical exploration activities (geoelectric, water and land seismic measurements) related to this task. These include our water and on-land investigations such as riverbed surveying, mapping of aquifers and aquitards or the various subsurface geological surveys. Our measurements can be used to monitor the migration of contaminants getting into the soil and into the groundwater system.

We conduct geological-geophysical investigations and perform hydrogeological and groundwater flow modelling studies for the protection of drinking, mineral and thermal water resources, as well as in developments utilizing geothermal energy.
